The magical number this year. This is my youngest's 4th year celebrating Hari Raya with us. And every year he reminds us how magical it was when it was just us and my eldest. Its never the same when its with him, though. There is always a magical layer whenever he is around. His carries his wit around him, and yes, he can be very lovable and huggable. Looking forward to the 5th year. Here are some pictures, taken with my Fujifilm gear.

The camera, a tool to capture the moments for when you look back at those moments, it capture not just the pictures but the emotions too.

Onset

I can walked today. Swelling seems to have gone down and the pain has subsided. So I did what I do best. I went for lunch with my darling.

Lunch

Went for lunch with my darling today. Went to a place called Seri Ratu Restaurant near Pahang Street. I cannot remember exactly what the name of the restaurant but it go something like that. Anyway, darling ordered a chicken dish, and three vegetable dish. According to darling, the dishes seems authentic enough as they are quite dry. The restaurant seems to specialize in Minang dishes. 

Should have taken more pictures. Cost us about SGD$33 for three vegetable dishes, chicken rendang and sambal prawns, for two, including drinks.

Clean and bright ambience. There are seats outside. 

While we were having our lunch, I notice somebody taking pictures of the food that being dished out. I know its not much but based on what I saw, I think this place is quite new.

Managed to get back by 2 and accompanied my boys while they have their lunch. Nice.

2nd day

Su has left for the States on Saturday night / Sunday morning. So I guess this is the second day I am living the bachelor's life. Although I have two boys who will say otherwise. It has been good. My helper helps lots. My feet hurts lots too. The young one seems not to exhibit any withdrawal symptoms while the mom is not here while the older seems to be able to grasp the fact better. Seeing that this would be his third time that he has to be alone with me.

All in all, I am happy I have them. Keeps me on my toes. So darling, if you are reading this, I hope you know that you are wanted still. I said my I love yous on whats app and hangouts and whatever, but it does not beat being able to say it while snuggling with you on our too soft mattress...
