Been biking. More contantly now. Three round of 18min average for the past 3 days. Easier to get on and off the bike now.
Made or baked ikan bakar yesterday. Ate about 1/3 of the already eaten side of the fish. Math is bad for me, you guys figure it out. For lunch and dinner.
Today lunch is a glass of soya bean since 6yo had his without me. Breakfast was half a kayak toast. And coffee.
P.s it's a stationary bike.
