Bfast today was half a bowl of banana nut crunch cereal with chocolate milk. Because we ran out of plain milk... Haizz...

S bike.
Been biking. More contantly now. Three round of 18min average for the past 3 days. Easier to get on and off the bike now.
Made or baked ikan bakar yesterday. Ate about 1/3 of the already eaten side of the fish. Math is bad for me, you guys figure it out. For lunch and dinner.
Today lunch is a glass of soya bean since 6yo had his without me. Breakfast was half a kayak toast. And coffee.
P.s it's a stationary bike.

Breakfast.
Trying to finish 2 eggs. Scrambled with one whole onions and himalayan salt; so atas.
But I doubt u can finish. Only about a third of a slice of whole meal bread is eaten.

Lunch today.
Half a cup of coffee for bfast. A cup of soya beans for tea break. Lunch, as I was motivated I cooked stir fried chicken with green peppers and onions. Sauce was home made black pepper sauce.
Tried using Himalayan salt today. Felt very atas.

Early worm
Woke up early today. Wifey and the kids are still asleep as I am typing this.
Had a bagel, half with cream cheese and the half with peanut butter. Also had a cup of soya bean and in the midst of finishing a cup of milo.
Listening to the eagles while waiting for the laundry to be done.

Yesterday's dinner.
Had 2 eggs sunny side up for dinner yesterday. Sauteed with caramelised onions and green chillies. And sweet soya sauce.

Today, Monday.
Can't remember what I had over the weekend. Here are some sketches from what I can remember.
Sunday, I had nothing for breakfast. I had to send and fetch my two sons and wife from swimming and soccer lessons. Completed around 11 and went to Hawkerman in Singapore building. I had half a piece battered fish of the fish and chips and half a cup of very strong kopi.
Went home and rested until around 4. Went to Changi beach. Headed to Padi Mas and I had half a plate of Hokkien Noodles. It has eggs in it. And half a cup of bandung. I think there should be milk in it. I guess that's it for Sunday.
Today, a cup of milo for breakfast, that is after I send every body else to register Idris for P1. Meli cooked chicken rice but only had it about 3.30. Reheat the grilled chicken pieces with sauteed sliced onion, green chillies in olive oil. Used that as a sauce lathering the chicken pieces thus reheating it. Geddit?
Waiting for dinner, which should be chicken rice as well.

Dinner with family.
Had one tiger prawns sauteed in garlic and olive...sedap.
Had it together with two table spoon of brown rice. Accompanied by a a couple of pinches of sambal ikan bilis...
Satisfied.
Downded then with half a can of Dr pepper.
After lunch
Had 2 scoops of salted caramel when I can back from sending Idris to school.
Had half a bagel with peanut butter for tea break.
A bottle of lemon water to wash them down.
There must be some protein it iron in there somewhere.
